Phil Collins
Founder & Head Grower
Phil grew up spending summers on his grandparents' farms, sparking a lifelong love for fresh, local food. After a decade as a chef in the Alps, he moved into software engineering but never lost his passion for sustainable eating. Now, he grows microgreens and edible flowers for local chefs and home cooks, always championing seasonal, local produce.
