What this site knows about you

This site uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (self-hosted Umami) to understand how it is used. It records aggregate information such as page views, referrers, country and device type. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect personally identifiable information.

Optional session recording

With your consent, we additionally enable anonymised session replay and heatmaps to see how visitors interact with pages (clicks and scrolling) so we can improve them. Input fields are masked. This only runs if you select Accept on the consent banner; choosing Decline keeps the basic cookieless analytics only. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Enquiries

If you send an enquiry, what you type reaches us by email and is also recorded as a contact in our own back office so we can reply and keep track of the conversation. It is not shared with anyone else and it is not used for advertising.

Data retention

Aggregate analytics are retained for reporting. Session recordings, when enabled, are stored for up to 30 days and then deleted. Enquiries are kept until they are no longer needed; ask at hello@philyerpot.com and we will delete yours.
